– Step onto the band and grab onto the ends of the band
– Hinge from your hips by sending your butt to the back of the room as far as you can without rounding your back. Keep your chest up, pull your shoulders back and keep your knees soft. Keep your head in line with your spine.
– As you exhale, slowly straighten up and squeeze your butt at the top of the movement
– Inhale to return to the hip hinge movement
