Low to High Wood Chops

– Anchor the band onto a pole so that it’s on your right hand side

– Rotate to the right side, keep your arms straight, and grab the band with both hands. Hinge from your hips by sending your butt towards the back of the room

– As you exhale, pivot your left foot, rotate and pull the band from the lower right hand side to the higher left hand side

– Inhale to return

– Complete your reps, then switch sides
